Independence Day The 4th Of July Fireworks Spectacular Events In Panama City, Florida. 2013 Centennial Big Splash Many have been asking us about the 4th Of July Fireworks here in the Panama City Beach area for 2013. We are pleased to announce that we have 5 really nice area fireworks displays for you to enjoy depending on where you are in the area of Bay County! Two in the Beach area, One in Panama City at the Panama City Marina at the end of Harrison Avenue, One just North of us in the City Of Lynn Haven and one in Mexico Beach, Florida. For those of you who will be visiting with us from your own City. Please Remember Panama City is in the Central Time Zone so plan your Fun under the Sun accordingly. Which one is the best to visit? We really can't answer this because they are all great in their own way! We made it our mission to visit them all and we had a blast at each of these Independence Day Festivities on the Fourth of July here in our Bay County Area!
Location 1 will be Pier Park over the water. Pier Park's Star Spangled 4th of July Spectacular activities will include Free Live Concerts, and Various Fun Contest. Many bands will be performing throughout the property during the day up until the evening when the Fireworks begin. Several Live Performing Artist will be headlining here at Pier Park. The festivities start at Noon with your Mayor kicking off festivities followed by a Military Aircraft Flyover and all the fun will run up until the Fireworks Show which is scheduled for 9:00 PM. Pier Park outdoor seating restaurants will offer great seats to view the fireworks as you enjoy dining here in P.C.B. on your Fourth of July Holiday!
Location 2 will be on the Historic Grand Lagoon. You can reserve tables at Captain Anderson's, The Boatyard Restaurant or various other Thomas Drive area Restaurants with great seating visibility for the 4th of July Festivities. If you are planning a dinner on the lagoon area. This will really make your 4th of July Holiday Night. Have dinner at one of these restaurants and enjoy the fireworks while probably avoiding much of the Front Beach Road area traffic. The Fireworks are scheduled for 8:30 PM
Location 3 will be the Panama City Marina with the Centennial Big Splash, Salute To Freedom Fireworks festivities featuring Live Entertainment all day long from 11:00 AM on through the day and night of the Fourth with the Fireworks Show Scheduled for 9:00 PM. This looks like a big celebration and is advertised as the largest Fireworks display in the area. Fireworks will be launched from two individual barges versus just the one as previously used. There is also a Block Party On Harrison Avenue Scheduled to celebrate the 4th festivities.
Location 4 Another Great Fireworks Celebration in the area will be in the City Of Lynn Haven, Florida just quick drive a few miles North of Panama City. All day Family Fun Festivities at Sheffield Park & A.L. Kinsaul Park starting with an early morning breakfast at 7:00 AM with the Lion's Club Pancake Breakfast, Followed By The Flag Raising Ceremony At City Hall, A Welcome from your Mayor, A Bike Parade, Beauties On The Bay Car Show, Horseshoe Contest, Watermelon Eating Contest , Numerous Festivities through out the day and of Course the Fireworks are Scheduled for 9:00 PM at. A.L. Kinsaul Park. Lynn Haven offers a very traditional family Forth Of July Independence Day Celebration. There is a whole lot going on and a really great time will be had by the kids on this one!
Location 5 Mexico Beach, FL - Mexico Beach is a great place to spend your 4th of July and they will have a whole array of activities starting with a 5K Run Walk and a children's fishing tournament here on the Gulf. The Fireworks are themed "Best Blast On The Beach" and they will be held at Frank Pate Park overlooking the Gulf. There will be the usual festivities including games and some small rides, with all the great 4th of July foods you would come to expect for good old fashioned family 4th of July outing.
Five Great Fireworks Displays here in the Panama City area. If you are looking at having dinner with the Fireworks here in Panama City. We recommend that you check with the desired restaurant as tables will be reserved at many places and are sure to fill up pretty quick with the Forth of July Celebrations taking place in the area and all of the all the Great Fireworks Displays.
